Refund & Cancellation Policy (Updated Order)

1. Room Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are confirmed only after full payment including room charges + refundable security deposit.

  • Guests must carry valid ID proof at the time of check-in.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • 7 days or more before check-in: 90% refund of booking amount (including security deposit).

  • 3–6 days before check-in: 50% refund of booking amount (including security deposit).

  • Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund.

  • No refund for no-shows or early check-outs.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds (including room charges + security deposit) will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

4. Modification of Booking

  • Guests may request date change at least 5 days prior to check-in (subject to availability).

  • Room type changes may attract additional charges.

5. Room Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit  is collected at the time of booking payment.

  • The security deposit will be refunded at the time of check-out, after room inspection.

  • Any damage to property, loss of keys, or violation of hotel rules will be deducted from the security deposit.

6. Special Conditions

  • Management reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (maintenance, government orders, natural calamities). In such cases, a full refund (including security deposit) will be provided.

  • During festival seasons (Brahmotsavam, holidays, weekends), stricter cancellation rules may apply.
